Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings need to be made at least seven days in advance.

Meet & Greets are mandatory before any booking for first time clients.

Dog & House Sitting within one day (not overnight) can only be booked between 8AM – 8PM.

 If you are late back for a daytime house sitting I reserve the right to charge the full hourly rate for every hour or part thereof that you are late.

If you are late back for an overnight booking I reserve the right to charge the hourly rate for every hour or part thereof that you are late.

For daytime house sitting (not overnight) I reserve the right to charge half the full fee for bookings cancelled with three or less days notice (excluding the day of the service and the day of the cancellation).

A 20% deposit is payable for overnight bookings at the time of booking. The booking will only be confirmed once the 20% deposit is received and acknowledged.

If an overnight booking is cancelled with more than four calendar months notice the deposit is refundable. If an overnight booking is cancelled with two – four calendar months notice I will refund half of the deposit. If an overnight booking is cancelled with less than two calendar months notice the deposit is non-refundable.

In the occurrence that a Dog & House Sitting service is cancelled on the day of booking I reserve the right to charge the full fee of the booking.

When arriving to any booking if you are not present at the house (Unless there is pre arranged entry without the owner) within the booking time limit I reserve the right to charge the full payment. I will only stay up to twenty minuets waiting before leaving if I have had no contact returned from you.
